This CD was recorded in the bedroom where Dylan was born at 5 Cwmdonkin Drive, Swansea by kind permission of the owner, The script from the book, and the book itself was written by Jackie Hayden, an Irish author and music journalist based near Wexford. Jackie has been involved with the music industry for many years and was with the music magazine Hot Press. At the start of their career he got U2 their first recording contract and has interviewed many famous musicians over the years..He came to know Wales through the poetry of Dylan and visted places such as Laugharne, Swansea, Carmarthen, Fishguard, Cardigan and beyond, and it is his fondness for Dylan's work that inspired this absorbing book and CD. The script is read by Jim Parc Nest, the well known Welsh poet and dramatist - he translated 'Under Milk Wood' into Welsh. Jackie has written the sleeve notes for this CD which features pictures of Laugharne and 5 Cwmdonkin Drive.
